I've never participated in a swap but I want to experience it.
Deb, count me in. I am on vacation right now (no sewing machine. buaaaaahhhhh)- but I am already "designing" my hot air balloon. I will be busy though, I hope DH doesn't miss me when I disappear in my sewing room for weeks. I have joining "The Farmer's Wife" project and I also have to finish a twin quilt for my son by end of July...
Will I get your address through a PM Deb?

C.cal Quilt Girl and leakus - welcome to the manifest. When the balloons are ready to fly, pm me and I will give you info.

    Hello Deb,

I am going to have to drop out of this swap. I still have not finished my quilts for my two new grandbabies and one is due in two weeks and the other due in September. I think this one will be too difficult for me to complete in time so please remove my name from this swap.
    Thank you
    Nettie

Thanks for sharing this pattern. These are my balloons and they went together so easy! I loved making them! The "ropes" holding the basket to the baloon are actually braided cording! sorta 3-D-ish!

missgigglewings, I love your balloons! They're beautiful! I'm washing my fabric and plan to get started on my blocks this week.
