Yes, it's Hawaiian. We got him when he was 6 weeks old. I watched him being born...cool, huh? The people who had him were going to take him to Humane Society because they couldn't keep him. We took him on a trial basis ONLY to make sure our other 2 cats would take to him. That will be 11 years ago in Dec. He was born Oct 23, 1998

Ok, here is the layout for the 2d top for the girls.
In the last 2 rows, the 2 "hugs" that are on the left side...those have been swapped around.
Didn't get a picture of it. Was pinning the rows while Courtney swapped them.
And you notice...no helper!

Great job Terri! It looks fantastic. Watch the blocks don't float away without Prince Johan Kuhio Ka'lani'ani' ole to hold 'em down! Wow, no wonder you call him Big Boy - I wouldn't want to be shouting all that when it's dinner time! LOL But then he probably doesn't NEED calling for his dinner! LMAO!

Yup, no furry helpers this time.
They were at the front door watching something out there. Dunno what it was.
I don't think I'll have enough squares to take apart to make a border. So, what I think I might do is this....take some of the scraps I have and cut them into 3 inch squares and sew them together for a border. Might work. Will have to see what I have left for scraps. I don't have much. Have pretty much gone thru what I had and donated them to others in need. Or, maybe it just deserves a plain border since the quilts are pretty busy as is. Don't want to really take away from the Hugs and Kisses, right?

If it went no binding, it would be "pillowcased".

The quilts WILL have their names embroidered on them tho.
Do you think quilted or tied? Either way is fine with me. Doesn't matter. I have floss of ALL colors and can put ALL colors of floss on the ties. I also have varigated thread to quilt with too, so see? Either way,,,,doesn't matter.
