Terri, You must feel over the moon on getting the quilts finished(been away for awhile...again). The labels turned out great. 3 very special quilts will be on there way soon with much love sewn into them. Thanks again for making them. Hope your qully washer of a rain storm is over, your DH truck is fixed soon and you and Courtney are on your way to Japan. I'm headed for home(Alaska) on Thursday. It's been along 10 months.

Amma, the pillows are wonderful and will go so cute with the quilts. Thanks for making them.

I think the pillows just complete the project - lovely!

It will be like getting a hug (quilt) and a shoulder (pillow) to help the girls through tough times.

Well, truck is back from truck doctor.
It's much better now, all except for some minor things they want to do to it to the tune of $3400 (not including labor). I don't think so! The truck is a 91 Nissan little pickup! Not even worth $2000, let alone that amount to fix it! So, it'll go the way it is and it's fine. Then we will sell it here before we leave.

Anyway....I'm just waiting on Sharon to let me know if she wants them shipped to her house or for her to give me the addy to ship to the girls.

Very pretty love the pillow case with it. when i have extra blks i make pillows to go with my quilts makes everyone happy. good to hear from you i've been gone for a while. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

Wouldn't that be fun?! It would be a blast to get whoever could make it to meet for a long weekend or something. Of course, it "may" be a tad bit harder for those quilters that live somewhere, like, France or Spain, Guam or England :roll: It is just a dream, I know, but it's fun to think about.

What IF we each send pictures for a collage from around the world??? I bet one of these days I'd have time to put it together...........say maybe Nov and Dec. I'm thinking that would make for better holidays for me this year, to put together collage of my favorite people instead of crying through them???

That sounds like an idea to me, Sharon!
Right now we are waiting on another flight.
We tried to bug out to Yokota Japan, but the flight was cancelled.
Now we are waiting on a flight to Okinawa Japan.
Should, hopefully, get that one.
I'll send the quilts out when I get back, which should be Wed/Thursday of next week.
