Your math is just a tad off. You don't get 39 squares, you get 39 times 3 squares plus your own 3. That's a load of fun fabric for an I SPY center.

120 squares sent in (40 x 3) = 117 different squares + 1 each of the three you sent in!

This is a great way to get a HUGE assortment of I Spy prints!!!
