I just found my Dear Jane book

Mine has a price tag sticker of $25.95 on it.

    The blocks finished size is 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches.

The blocks are drafted, but there are no assembly instructions, except that the author states: These measurements are crucial. In bold type.
