I wasn't too sure how it would come out, but I really like it
It looks a bit wonky only because it's not straight on the floor

Really really nice Terri. Thanks for the blogspot, just watched it and it makes it look really easy. Last time I did these I paper pieced.

By the way saw Izy today and she is looking well and will see her next week too, so you can let me have any messages for her.

    Thanks Elle!
What I think I might do next time I make them that way will be to cut the smaller squares a 1/2 in bigger (longer). So instead of 3 x 3, would make them 3 x 3 1/2. Hard at times to get them ALL even. So, it is a little bit strange, some points are cut off, but couldn't be helped.

You just give Izy my best and tell her to make something great for all of us to see. Give her a hug for me too! :)

Yes she does awesome work, I give her loads of scraps, cos I hate them and she just makes a complete quilt, she complety dumbfounds me with her patience.

Sorry to hijack this thread but today our Group made Mariners Star Compass and different one so will post next week when I finish it. Its going to be the centre for my blue and white stars swap I did earlier this year.

Terri, that looks great! If Tisha doesn't care for it, then I'll just keep it at my house  I'll have to check out the RT method...I always just PP. You know how goofy I am...I like those points though. I can't wait to get a closer look at the results of the RT way though. Sounds interesting.

Elle...please tell Izy hi from me...miss seeing her smiling fingers  and beautiful work!
