I'm glad you like it. I had that idea in mind from the moment I saw your center online. I changed the colors of the butterflies to match the colors in the print...so I hope Mother Nature will forgive me but they are perfect with your block. I will keep trying to get a better picture. That is just a cell phone picture. This technology stuff is not my calling. I wil square it before I send it on November 1st to Jen.

Mary, that's fantastic! The way you added the corners makes the center look like a kaleidascope. Cool effect. Oh, I'm glad I have a while to think about what comes next.

I've figured out what to do with yours and will be starting on it today.

Thank you for the kind words. I love to embroidery and this was the perfect place to "play" with my machine.

Jen, I can't wait to see what you are doing with my block. I'm sure it will be wonderful!

Well aren't we all quiet. Working diligently on our centres??
Not me!! Jen your centre and I are just not gelling.
It speaks I listen, I try an idea, it fails, back to the drawing board.again....
Had a great idea, but just unable to work the maths, so back to the start again.
Don't worry, it will come, it just takes time, and lots of chocolate, lots and lots.....

Ok, so the centre and I had another little discussion, after I ate loads of chocolate. We're going to compromise, and this is hat we've come up with, well really just a rough idea so far, but I will be doing more this afternoon and tomorrow. Also considering adding a darker border between the centre and the cream.
And and all ideas/ comments welcomed.
