Hi all, we're allquiet again, we must be all thinking about what to do with these centres. Mary's arrived today, and I tell you, these photos do not do it any favours. It is so vibrant, almost zings. I love it so far, just hope my round will do it justice. Now that I have it, I'm not sure that what I was going to do will work.May just have to try it, and then rework it.

I'm glad to hear that Mary's arrived. That took a little longer than when I mailed you my center, but still, not too bad.

I was out at Fabric Depot today and picked up some great fabrics for Patti's center. I'm not completely sure what I'm going to do yet, but the colors are perfect and they were on sale. Now to the drawing board . . . .

I'm glad to know my center is at Lindyline's house. I can't wait to see what she does with it.

Well it's here, but boy is it vocal!
Doesn't really take to my idea, so back to the drawing board. But in the meantime, I might try to convince him that I really do think I'm headed in the right direction.

Well, Patti, my applique idea didn't pan out. But that's okay. I think it wouldn't have been the best thing for this round. I've been stumped by the geometry of your center, but just came across the perfect plan for a border. Now I have to figure out the math. Your center is 25 1/2" across (26" w/seam allowances). For a 5" border, the measurements don't come out even there so I'll have to tweak things a bit, but I'm so excited to have a plan! Hooray!
