Well, my hair is back in a bun, so no worries about getting "anything" in it. K, I am just thrilled you are joining us. I scooched over so you can squeeze in. I was going to beg you to join, but decided I don't like to be pressured, so I wasn't going to do that to you. Maybe Evil can be your inspiration and muse.....

I know what my center will be, I just have to ponder and mull over what color I want. Since this will be such a special quilt, it will be for ME! Yahoo! The first time!

Not sure about my eggs. The more nervous I get, the more I lay, so everyone in the IRR will probably end up with a basketful each.

It would be fun to enclosed a postcard from your local most famous attraction with where your quilt took a trip to. I would then share where my quilt top has been. How about we all try that!

I have my fabrics picked out, pressed, templates ready, and clearing out my current project on the sewing table. (Finishing the put-together for my black/white blocks that I didn't share). I'm anxious to begin!

i'm all for the postcard idea - it would be much easier to make it a real postcard instead of a quilted one.

    is that ok

could send an envelope, or a pouch made with their center fabrics, for people to put a memento in if they want to. Include a card with the fabric swatches, manufacturer, collection, fabric numbers, etc.

I guess I need to appologize that I didn't formally say that I wanted to play. I just sent a PM to Patti, then let my manners go on vacation. It dawned on me that most of you don't realize I'm going to do the RR.
