There were several of us who worked in more than one groupl...I did 2. As long as life cooperates...its doable and fun...when something happens though...it can be stressful! You have my same problem...I want to take a little piece of ALL the talented ladies work home with me!!

i'm thinking about doing the quilt as a reversible. since the borders are always the same size i can make 2 portraits and have one side as "around the world" and do the other group with the US people and call that "cross country"

i'll have to think about it for a little while - odds are i'll do 2.

i'll let you know before the 15th.

    That would be very cool!

I'm already thinking about backing mine.... I have a world map panel and thought I might pinpoint every place the quilt has been, and use that as a backing.

Now your really working it Klue! So you are talking about doing 2 groups...end up with 2 quilts both the same size...then using 1 for the front and 1 for the back...Hmmmm...sounds like a workable plan to me  Just let me know :D Depending on how many folks we have..if we end up short a body I might be begging you to do 2 groups!

Great idea Blue! These are sooo much fun to do..I just wish the quilt would have taken pictures of all the people it spent time with before she came home  My girls (quilt tops) had better vacations than I get!!!

i'm going to make the quilt label a world map so everyone can mark there locations.
