Ninnie...love your center!! Beachball or not...its a great idea AND...it will be interesting to see just WHO does get this center first....lacelady or kwhite....could go either way you know...or are you doing the same center but an "across the country" border for your US group? :lol:

I have no idea for the other one :roll: :roll: Maybe I'm only a one idea person! :( But will keep looking! :D
I can not take credit for the world, it was in an old Georgia Bonesteel book of mine, and after my first idea was a disaster, I was so thankful to find it! :lol: :lol: there's another one that I like , but it is applique, and That is something I have never done. It calls for iron on grid paper and I don't even know what that is! :lol: :lol: But since I have crawled out of my box, I just might give it a go and see what happens! I do like God's Eye pattern a lot, and think it would make a pretty center, so all is not hopeless!
The centers are just wonderful and I am always amazed at all the talent on this board. Also, I get Klue's first round, so excited about that!!! Can't believe I get to see and handle it! I even have a few ideas! :D :D

I just learned how to make star points and I finally decided that this is the center I will use. There were too many things wrong with the other centers I tried plus I really like these colors better. I'm sorry to post so much :oops: , but this is it, I promise. I'm moving on to a full size quilt top now, just so I don't design another center.
