If we are using a 24 inch center should it be 24 1/2 when we send it so that it will be 24 inches finished?

More pretty centers have been added since I was able to get online and look!

The cat panel is really pretty, but is a bit large. Yes, the dimension should be no larger than 24 1/2" (so it will finish at 24").. You could possibly trim it...or you could even cut some of the cats out, applique them to something and make your own rather than using the panel....your choice.

Well, here is my center block that I have finally decided to use. It is 24 inches square. It combines traditional piecing and modern machine embrodiery. Plus it has fabrics from the US, Japan and England so in a sense it is international before we even start shipping it everywhere.

Will this panel be ok for a center? Picked it up a couple of years ago and haven't figured out what to do with it so I thought this might be a good use for it. Right now I have it cut to 24 x 24 but I was wondering if I should trim off the border strip on each side. If I do that it will be an odd size of about 22 x 24 is that okay? Oops the fold across the center really shows up in the picture.

I looked and looked and looked. I drew pictures, more pictures, and more pictures. I thought about what size and color and mulled it over and over again in my mind.

Well today I found it. This beautiful panel is perfect for the quilt I want to make for my mother. What do you think?
