I mailed Margaret's center this morning-priority- and received Amy's(I think) from Kathleen. I have NO idea what I will do with it, it is beautiful so far. Will put it up on the design wall and let it start talking-hopefully soon.

Glad to hear you have received Amy's centre. Hope that you don't have too much of a problem matching any of the colours.

It is getting quite difficult to know what to do next now the rounds are becoming larger. Also exciting to think we are about 3/4 of the way through this challenge.

I went to the Easter Service this morning and have since been gardening, was pleased to see one of the rows of carrot seed I planted are making an appearance. Watered my orchard trees and then laid out some irrigation pipe to soften so I can irrigate the small garden at the back of our cottage.

    Best wishes to you all

    Kath

Matching the colors is not what has me stumped right now, it is the design part.
I am still waiting to see my center's progress too............

Sorry, maybe a pencil border will allow you more scope to design something different? I think this next one is 7" so plenty of leeway there for that.

Amy I hope you moved to somewhere nice? and get your self sorted real soon. I hate to move (have done it many times in the past) and am so relieved that we are now settled for good.

The only good part about moving is the unpacking as it is like Christmas all over again finding items you haven't seen for ages
Well in my case it was.

I got the square. The picture doesn't begin to do it justice. It is gorgeous! Now I am really challenged. Do my best.

Great to hear Amy, not so here though. I am still waiting for my next centre. We have just had a 5 day holiday period so no mail, am hoping I receive it before the end of this week though as I have to go away and am not sure how long I will be gone. My Mother has a torn shoulder tendon and is my step dads Carer so I am going over to their place to help for awhile. She can't drive so I am taking her to the specialist next Monday and will be staying so I can take her to the hospital for surgery and stay with my step dad while she is in there as he can't be left alone. Will then be staying for awhile after she comes home so that I can take her to physio and all that entails post surgery plus will organize for help and home services etc. This means if it doesn't arrive before I go at the end of the week I wont see it till I come home again.

    Happy Sewing
    Kath
