So, Mish and I were yapping on Facebook, and I was saying I think the first border is the most intimidating... what do you ladies think?

Oh, and I was wondering... how big are your centers? Mine ended up 12x15. Did any of us do really large ones? It's hard to tell, from the pictures.

My center is a 20" square finished. Its going to end up at 78 x 78.

hi ladies, my center is 18 x 21.5, i wanted a quilt to cover my bed, not a square quilt. if i need to add a or a few borders, thats fine too.. i can't wait to get this started so it can be finished, is that crazy or what...got my ink for printer so now i can print off sizes of borders and mailing list. take care ladies, molly

My center is 21 inches square. You are right Elizabeth the first border is the most intimidating but we have to start somewhere. Take care fellow Traveling Quilt sisters.

I don't remember what mine ended up being. 12 x ????, it's not a square though, I didn't want a square one I want to curl up on the couch with the warmth of my Quilting Sisters.
