Great little quilts so far, all so beautiful.

My DQ left the soggy shores of Australia on its way to Ms Shawn today. Enjoy Ms Shawn, I had a lot of fun making it.

I finished my quilt for mom-6 and was so excited. Got in the car this chilly New England morning and stopped at the Post Office.

    ITS CLOSED!!!!!

Does not the USPS know that I have to mail my squishie!!!

I guess I should have realized that something was up when there was no traffic!!!

Oh well, it willhave to wait until tomorrow.

Praying you are all safe. "Down under" isn't suppose to really mean down under.

Isn't that the truth. We've been watching the news, boy I remember when the Siuslaw flooded about ten years ago, couldn't get out of here, but that was only for three days. My heart goes out to you guys, hope everything is drying up for you all.

Sapdoggie and kwiltcrazy, Queensland is slowly cleaning up, they were the worst affected State. 3 other states, including Tasmania (my state) have also had varying degrees of flooding the past week so in effect the whole eastern coast of Australia is awash right now.

We are praying for the SUMMER weather to arrive soon.

Hi all thank you for the wonderful comments on my quilt.. I have recieved my doll quilt from Pat, but I am unable to post a picture just yet. My FIL is not going to make it and we have been with him for the past few days.. I will post the picture when I get home and have the time to put it on my computer. I am at the VA center with him and my DH and our DD.... I had to bring my computer, it is so hard to watch someone you love struggle for air....They are keeping him in a medical coma. Please say a pray for our family... thanks alissa

Yes, Alissa, I will be so praying for your FIL and your family. It is not easy to standby and feel helpless. God is there with you. God bless you.
