Remember - please mail out your FPC's by the 20th and let me know when you've mailed and when you've received your FPC. Be sure to post pictures. We love pics!

I have one question....this is the first time I've used a raised embellishment. If I have it hand cancelled, will it go through the rest of the mail OK?

mine is going without an envelope.
I've mailed stuff to my dh with embellishments.
brads seem to be ok. buttons if not sewed down didn't make it. give it a shot and hope for the best.

lynnie.....I have two "pearls" which are definitely raised.....I am sure they will not make it on their own. Can I put this in a clear envelope and have it hand cancelled and expect it will arrive in tact?

First your card is adorable I love it.
Second it's kind of hard to see how raised your pearls are from what I can tell a plastic cover will somewhat help but I don't think anything short of a padded envelop can be counted on to completely protect them and that kind of takes away the postcard part of the swap.

Wendiq - I agree it's a good idea to get your FPC hand stamped/canceled at the PO. Using a clear envelope will certainly help protect it but still no guarantees of having it arrive intact. If you want to be sure, use a padded envelope like Billi suggested. Your decision - - - -
