Oh, I got all caught up in the ideas that I forgot to comment on tlambling's swap package from jaba. It's really beautiful, the red & black. Certainly the pincushion/thread catcher is a winner! Great swap. And super that jaba remembered your favorite colors!

I just knew that the Valentine's pincushion/needle case swap would be special. What a beautiful pincushions and needle cases. Awesome job ladybug!

I received a wonderful package from Jaba! I just adore everything! Red is my color. Thank you Jan.
I also received along with my pincushion/thread catcher and needlecase......a pair of chop sticks for pushing out those corners, a gemmed Stiletto, 2 decorative pins and a heart bouquet of suckers. Thanks so much my Valentine Jan!

It is my turn to show off what a great Valentine swap I received in the mail from KathyM. I love everything. I might need to share the gummi bears with my little girls because they spotted them immediately when I opened the bag. The mug rug has a small turtle square in it because I love turtles. Sew cute Kathy! Thank you for everything. What a lovely Valentine's Swap you made for me. The flash reflected off of the cards and sticker gifties but they are truly beautiful quilty cards and stickers. I really liked the hand made personal card. I am feeling loved.

Haha! I read about the turtle but when I saw the photos, everything looked sweetly Valentine-y. So I had to go back & really look -- & I found him! That's a very cute touch! Love the idea of switching out a red for a green turtle! Great job, KathyM! Annaquilts got a great swap package!

Then, when I got home, I found another amazing package -- only this one was for me!
Ladybug sent me such wonderful things! Let's start with a photo of the entire package. You might not be able to differentiate between the two greens to the right of the tea towel, but she included 2 green FQs.

Anna what a cute swap Kathy sent to you. I really like that she thought enough to change out a square to make it personal. Very pretty pincushion,needlebook and mug rug. Is that a home made zipper bag too ? Wonderful swap. I been working all afternoon on making one of those fold and sew wreaths.( They seem to be such a hit ) I have no pattern but so far it is turning out OK. I've seen Christmas ones and spring and fall ones. Mine is a everyday on the farm one with chickens. lol.
