in following the usps discussion, I checked out their website. I had no idea you could order the flat rate mailers online and better yet, print the labels, pay for postage and arrange for home pick up of the packages...how cool is that! I may try it next week when I ship my pals package. I don't have a scale...would you need a scale if you use the flat rate boxes? oh, the website indicated there will be postal rate increases effective Jan 22nd and when I clicked that prompt it took me to a spreadsheet but I didn't see flat rate mailing rates...hopefully that is a good thing!

Another rate increase???? Good grief! Soon it will be cheaper to fly to your homes to bring you stuff!
Be sure you order some of the padded flat rate envelopes. You can only get 15 at a time.

Hi everyone ! My sp package went into the mail this morning. Was told she should have it on monday. I am not good at hints-but it went east of me, to the very same state my December sp was from. My sp will have to go to the post office to pick up her package and her zip code adds up to 19. And if I tell you anymore she will for sure figure out it is her !!!!

You know they say patience is a virtue, but dang it I don't have
    any darn patience.

    LOL

Why am I being so impatient? because I am ready for my sp's
to get their boxes, and stupid USPS is not updating the progress
in letting me know that they are in fact out for delivery.

So I sit here at the computer and watch both this group and USPS
for any updates that might be posted.

Yeah I know I SHOULD be getting other stuff done, but I am not
    in the mood right now.
I DID however just finish vacuuming, and made that lazy daughter
of mine get out of bed (at 1pm) and clean the bathroom and her
room. Also told her to get that room cleaned up and if I EVER walk
by the room and the STINK knocks be back a few feet that she will
be out the door. GGRRRRR that really makes me mad her doing that.

I am soooooo sorry for grumping about my daughter.

Sooooooo did my sp's get their boxes yet?
