We are getting a winter storm right now and it is horrible out there. My husband couldn't come home from work he had to stay at the oil rig. They are telling people to stay off the roads.

thanks so much to dotty for my first ever quilting swap package!!! so nice! love the beautiful valentine's day panel and the matching hand made teal felt bird--in my very favorite color!!! lots of buttons and other goodies--will post a pic if i can figure it out...but THANK YOU!!!!

OMG CONNIE!!! This package is AMAZING!! I was explaining to my daughter what this was all about as I was opening it, and she was very puzzled...she said "But how did she know so much about you?" So... that says it all... you did good... really really good (She says while stuffing her face with little heart shaped Junior Mints! haha!)

Tomorrow I will put all of my beautiful loot together and take a picture for all of you to see. All I can say is this package is way over the top! Connie, I am sure you just spoiled me for all future swaps. Thank you so much. I love every single thing! It's late, so tomorrow I'll tell you gals everything that was in my surprise box with photos... I still can't believe it all!

I'll be working on my package this week. I am sorry to keep my secret pal waiting, but since this is my first one, I keep trying to think of the best stuff to put in there... although I can never top the one I just opened!!

I got my package on Friday and couldn't wait to open it. I had to tear into it while still in my car. DGLVR did a great job picking out
some beautiful fat quarters for me with thread to match. (Great idea) She also includes a sewing wall hanging that I can't wait to do along with the always useful emery board and a Thang.

My package is now on it's way without a note inside.............I sent the note in a card all by itself............now this will probably make my SP really confused if she receives one before the other.............. I hope she is reading this post so she knows what is going on ............

Haha!! That's too funny!! I was almost home from work last night when suddenly I remembered that my package was waiting for me, unopened! I was excited all over again! Going to take my photo and post it now! Get ready to drool!! IT's THAT good! I have been very spoiled!! : )
