I have some scissors just like those. Minus the fob though.

I'm wondering if the snow has some people without internet service. If our electricity went off, we have a generator and I guarantee that my computer would be one of the first things on it but some don't have generators. Also, mail delivery is restricted in some parts.

Just rely on the delivery confirmations right now.

Have a great day everyone. I'm working on funky chickens and have to take my mom to the doctor at 4pm.

WOW! I really am doing the happy dance!
    Roses,roses,roses
I got roses. Just look at the fabric...beautiful pink roses, soft and loving just wanting to be touched,. And a whole yard of them! I am sure am lucky. I also got a fat quarter of cooridinating pink fabric to go with it.
Also lots of stickers - You will be seeing them on my mail I send out.
A magnet for my fridge to hold those pics of my grandchildren.
Mmmmm, a peppermint puddle- just the thing to freshen my tastebuds and nip on.
Note cards which will come in handy for all the thank you notes I am writing now since I am receiving all these wonderful packages from my wonderful quilting buddies.

And the Cardinal buttons - my very favorite bird!
My plants will be vying for a place on the pretty plant mat that was in the package.
I would say I feel like a very special secret pal.

Thanks so much catpawski, and for the sweet note you sent a few days ago, so I would be looking forward to your wonderful package.
    How exciting!
See the picture below and drool

Finally got my car snow free, and made a quick trip to the store to buy one more thing I had been searching for.....can't tell. my package is all ready to go tomorrow.

Hope that my SP is anxiously waiting. Package is going south from me........but not far enough to melt anything.

My DD said oh no that quilter is going to have a hard time opening it. She hated when I sent pkgs to college... she calls me the queen of tape. :? :XD:

I like your rose material and matching pink. Humm, maybe it would look good on my row.

If it was warmer, I would be patiently waiting, sitting on the bench. However, it is so cold outside, I am snuggled up inside, patiently waiting for my squishy. Brrrr! I sure hope it gets here soon.

    Roses, Roses, Roses
See even the ads at the bottom are talking about Roses!
All my new ones got planted this week and my established ones have lots of new growth on them.
I should have blooms by March.
That's what living in southern California is like.
(I am really sorry to hear of all of you in the snow, ice regions - I lived in the East and can remember what a bummer it is.

What a wonderful surprise! My package arrived today from Letsquilt. As you can see, I got a beautiful Valentine's mug complete with its own special, matching mug rug. It's hard to believe that it is the first one she has made as it matches so well. I also received a "Pocket Guide - Quilt Basics" which will come in handy as I am still in my first year of quilting. I hope you can see the lovely colors in my fat quarters, six in my favorite color. I can't wait to make something for me with them. And of course, CHOCOLATE! Sorry for yelling but it is so exciting. These all came packed in the very pretty Valentine's bag. This will by far be my best Valentine's gift as DH doesn't bother too much with such things. I hope the photo shows everything as nice as it is. I just checked the delivery confirmation for the package I sent and it was delivered today. What a relief with all the bad weather going on! Thanks Letsquilt for a wonderful secret pal gift.
