As soon as January's packages have been received, I will start the sign up for March.
We are having rolling black outs here in my part of Texas due to the cold weather (and it's supposed to snow tomorrow) so I will get back with you asap.

rolling black outs are when the electric company randomly turns off electricity in a neighborhood or area for 15-45 minutes to help with demand for all the extra electricity people are using because of the ice storm and the extremely lower than normal temps...we've got them outside of Dallas also...had three of them yesterday...

Here is what we woke up to this morning. My husband had to take my car because he couldn't get his truck out of the driveway. Sorry about the tacky look of the yards. We inherited my elderly in-laws place and they couldn't get around well enough to keep it up.

I heard Arlington and Dallas got around 7 inches in some areas
