Wow! Makes me glad I live in FL, (NOT boasting, just saying, I grew up in Michigan, and lived a few places where I had to deal with snow, cold and ice, and then one day decided, No MORE!, I'll take heat and humidity any day  )
Hugs to all dealing with this weather.

It makes me cold just looking!I think we are supposed to be a clear and sunny 60 today. I could try to box up some sunshine to send.

I came home last night after working a double shift to find this lovely package waiting for me. I couldn't have been more excited. Thank you debumphress! I love the selection of browns and the patterns, I can't wait to find time to tackle them. I may put the movie in tonight and wrap up in a quilt and watch it tonight (we are suppose to get more snow tonight). The black and white and purple are spoken for alread and I have plans for the charm pack. I'm glad I just got my machine cleaned, looks like I will be doing some sewing.
    Thanks again.
ps. hope you have a wonderful birthday!

We're outside of Dallas and got 7 inches of snow on top of the 2 inches of ice we already had. Haven't had mail delivery or open post offices for 4 days now!! I am REALLY missing south Florida where we lived for 23 years before moving to Texas a few years ago!!!

I said I would post pictures of what Cindle sent me later so I'm trying now. I had to take a few pictures beings I'm trying to take pictures in bed. I broke my knee. My driving my sewing machine knee. I'm more upset about that than driving my car.
Its not something I recommend to anyone.
I'm going to use the 100 5" squares to learn to sew with my left leg. The fabrics are beautifal so hopefully I'll learn fast.

I just hope I am doing this right. I did receive my package from Blossum. I received a couple of quilt block patterns. 3 fq's of fabric and about a yard of a blue/brown dot fabric. I have always wanted to buy this type of fabric but have never been brave enough (thanks for the push to experiment. :D ). Also received teddy bear fabric pattern to make a stuffed bear hugging a heart. It is so adorable!! I can't wait to make that. I a beanie baby teddy bear and a cinnamon/apple air freshner.

Thank you for all the wonderful goodies Blossum!!! These swaps are so fun.
