The trouble with the P.O. is that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Explain to me how one priority (2 day delivery) package can sit in limbo at one post office along the way for 2 weeks... and then start moving again. Huh? And is there any refund for the "priority" price, versus a 'slow boat to China' price? Of course not.

They promise the moon with their services, but it's "not guaranteed". Just ask any postal worker about that priority two or three day shipping and they will tell you, "but it's not guaranteed". So why claim it if it's not guaranteed...

The USPS needs some serious competition.

and why charge so much if it's not getting there. they need to refund people when it's supposed to be there, but it isn't. Just not right, if you ask me.

There is this one lady at my small local post office that whenever I want my tracking number she forgets to scan it or something, and then I never see it listed so then I go to their place online asking about it, and they send her a notice and then she gets upset for me saying anything. So why does she think I pay for it? lol...

Oooh, that's messed up! They get paid SO MUCH for that job... the least they can do is do it right.
