    I've been in touch with my partner. Normally I would have already had my quilt ready to go, but I'm glad I was in pause mode. I have an "idea" I just have to work it out on fabric. I am excited about it for sure! Eager to see all the DQ's roll in!

    Waiting for my partner to return then we can chat. Finished the piecing and most of the base applique yesterday. I really don't mind bad weather anymore.

    Me, too! Maybe. DH is on vacation this week. At the moment he is moving air conditioners around so we'll see what happens after he's done. Beach perhaps? We went to the beach on Fire Island - Robert Moses Park yesterday. The water was cooooold! But it felt awfully good.

    Just wanted to mention that if you haven't heard from your partner ... she might not have electricity!
    I just heard from Allie who hasn't had any since Friday! Those storms really packed a whallop.

    Cuppy and I are partners, and we have PM'd back and forth a couple of times. I think we are both ready to go. I sure am!! Can't wait to get home tonight to work on my stuff!!!!
