I received my AWESOME patriotic doll quilt today from ljdugas31 and I L*O*V*E it!!! She did a cross stitch piece in the center and the fabrics she used on the different boarders are just gorgeous!! Thank you again!!

ooo Brenda, very pretty.

I'm hoping to finish my extra piece tomorrow. I just haven't felt very creative the last few days. We have been without air since last Thursday. And, we were having a heat wave. Temps over 100 degrees. (It figures, the air always goes out then. lol) Happy to say air is finally fixed just a little bit ago. So, will get busy finishing up tomorrow. I love the theme this month. Will enjoy seeing all the different ways everyone interprets it.

I received my wonderful Doll Quilt with some goodies from goldsberry today!!! It is very nice and I love it!!! Mine should be getting to her today or tomorrow!!

and ljdugas what a great old fashioned 4th! i can just hear the music from the bandstand! so sweet!

both of these dq's take me back to different wonderful times in our lives! thank you! what a wonderful country, so many ways to fall in love with it!
