[QUOTE -- And don't worry about swapping with me this month -- you don't need any more stress in your life at this point. I did finish your quilt and put it in the mail, but I don't want you to feel the need to reciprocate. I'd rather you use the time to rest and spend with your SIL. She's very lucky to have you there for her. There are other months and other swaps, and I'm sure we will cross paths again. --Quote]

That is such a nice attitude to see......two thumbs up for you!! Now that is a great partner!!!

I received my wonderful little quilt from Juanita a couple of weeks ago but it has set on my dining room table unopened until I returned home today. It is such a great quilt I cannot describe it! I'll post a pic in day or two.
Nana Val's mother, my mother-in-law has passed away. I just got home from a visit up there and for health reasons probably won't be making the return trip. I need to help hubby make his arrangements for his trip there. My youngest grandchild has come back with me for his "vacation".
I've quickly scanned through the months offerings and find all of them to be true works of art!

Looky, looky, looky what Rose Bagwell sent to me! It is just darling. She included applique and embroidery. Is she talented or what? Duh! I wish you could see the girl's hair up close. Oh I can't believe it! And, she also sent a panel so I'll have to see what I can do with that: maybe a pillow cover or center of a quilt. Also some fabric quilt labels. THANK YOU so much Rose for being my partner! You are the best. I so appreciate all the work you did on the DQ for me!
