ctipton Pmed that she has received my DQ and asked that I post a picture as she is having camera problems. So here it is, I got a little adventurous this month and did a double-sided DQ - of course the red/white/blue combination is one of my favourites. The first pic is the front of the quilt (twister tool is my favourite toy)
second pic is the back of the quilt.

I love love, love the awesome quilts posted~ We finally got home and I had the most awesome DQ waiting for me
It is from Nana Val and she also sent me the coolest, labels and seam ripper, it is nice and big so when I start sewing again it will be easy on my hands. I am so sorry to hear that she lost her mother recently, my prayers are with you Nana Val.

I really want to join the August group but since I still can't sew I am going to lurk and chat with you all, I know I will be back sewing by Sept, I will be going batty by then if I can not!!!!

I love this group, you are all such wonderful quilters, I am learning so much!

oh yes I almost forgot my wonderful quilting group is going to finish my DQ for my Partner so she will get it before the end of the month!

Thanks, Lara. The backing is a Lakehouse fabric, Pam Kitty.

Don't forget to post your DQ quilt pictures at http://www.quiltingboard.com/groups/...group-g14.html. Ronda, I already posted yours that you made me.
Mary,

I spent a bunch of time the other night putting my pics on that thread. I reduced the size, loaded them all, then it said something about them having to be approved first. Now, I don't see any of them on there. Have no idea where they went. I wish the things on this new board would get fixed and be easier to work with.
