Girlscouts1 that is a marvelous little quilt. I just love it.
Psychomom, your quilts are adorable. We all have our own styles and each is just wonderful.

Great looking DQ's ladies. This is just sew much fun!! And, about those corners, "don't worry 'bout it"! Can you hear the accent I put on there? Don't know the actor, don't know the movie, but I remember those words and how they were said. LOL I sure hope no one is checking my points. I strive, but I sometimes fail!!! Mine usually look their best from a distance. Onward and Upward, ladies.

Oh heavens - if we were being judged on point or corners - I would be taken to the woodshed for sure!

Well, a big old WHEW on that. I decided to take a break from my other projects and pulled out a pile of blocks that I started before I was paying any attention to measuring much of anything. There are NO points anywhere! I should be ashamed of myself and toss these, but I think I'm going to whip them together for a little throw that no one will see but me. I guess I could sash them, but ... nope. They are what they are. Stay tuned.

you can keep it for a lap quilt for yourself or I'm sure when the cold weather comes around your two furbabies would love them and not care about points or straight sewing

I should clarify. It originally had points. Center square with triangle corners. Then I decided to "even up" the blocks. Now I have a variation on snowballs. I don't care. It is made of an assortment of old fashioned rose patterns and I love it.

Oh, Krystyna, You keep me in stitches. It's still a very pretty quilt. And with that kind of perspective, I'm sure it will serve you well.
