Lol, Sandra, have I created a monster. Those are all good. You don't have to use a zig zag edge. As long as your edge is finished. Last month, on my frog shaped card, I just used a straight stitch. And last night on Pinterest, I saw a postcard that was finished with straight edge stitching and "pinked" with pinking shears. They were cute! I sure hope we haven't scared you off after only 1 month in the swap.

Pam P, the "crayon" affect is when you color the postcard and heat set it with your iron. Don't forget to use a paper towel on top of the crayon to be "melted". Otherwise, your iron is going to be very messy. You can use applique or thread painting with this affect also. To highlight or give more details. If your not on Pinterest yet, it is a great place for finding great ideas.

All of those post cards are just too cute. I like the crayon too. Supplies for crayons etc. are all out there on sale right now too with the kids going back to school in August where I live.

Thanks Judith, that was my first time ever working with rhinestones because I didn't think I could threadpaint fireworks and I was glad they turned out ok because it was the last thing I did and I would have had to start over.

Pam P wow! That is a very pretty fabric post card. Cuppy you sure will have a gorgeous post card. I wish I could make one like that. I love those little minutemen. Those fireworks are something else. When I see it, I feel like I was just at a fire works show. Actually better. The way you did the 3 strips of red, white, and blue with all the added figures etc. is just something else. I don't have a good enough imagination. lol....
