Maybe your mailman is holding back because he's hoping you'll greet him with some goodies. My husband has a coworker whose wife shops on those TV shopping channels and the UPS guy comes almost every day. It has become a ritual for him to make a delivery and get a drink (bottled water or his favorite juice that she stocks for him out of the garage refrigerator). I think my husband thanks the retail gods daily that I'm not a shopping devotee. :)

I gotta squishie today!!!! It was from "Luv Quilts and Cats" -- We were actual partners for this swap! She sent me a box of flower-head pins and four half-yards of bug and dot fabric, which will be put to use making my granddaughter a new nap quilt for preschool. It's a new year coming up so she expects a new quillt. I will post pictures when I get back to my "real" computer instead of this mini-thing. Thanks so much, Donna.

Wohoo!!! There was a package waiting for me when I got home today!!! I received some quick cuts which I can definitely use in a quilt I am making right now and some fat quarters that are the best fall colors ever, I love them and she was so smart because she sent me brownie mix instead of other chocolate so it wouldn't melt.
