I just opened the Amazing box from Gaijin WOW! It was so much fun to read about then open each of the cute wrapped packages it was like Christmas.

Yummy teas I love the note "it's like Japanese Lipton" chocolates and an Asian sesame stick with peanuts.Mmmmm that one is already gone I snacked on it while writing this hahaha.

Beautiful file folders adorable 30's fabric and Japanese fall fabrics, fall ribbon, pins and how did you know I needed another pair of small scissors?*

Dog treats, a book that looks like a great read a recipe, new kitchen scrubbers FYI I love turtles, and a homemade acorn Christmas ornament that will be on my tree this year.

I think I got it all

I received a wonderful package from LindaR today. 2 beautiful yards of turquoise and lavender fabrics, Moda charm pack that will be a new fall runner or two, the cutest little ceramic box that she put pins in, patterns for me to try, a clutch bag kit and 2 Aug 2014 mags that I do not have. Thank you so much Linda, I will definately use everything that you sent and thank you for the warning on the kittie. Everything was fine....you're right, they are not allowed in your sewing room. I had to try 3 times last night before the page would open Verna. Took a long time today too but it finally did.

Took me 2 tries. I am going up the mountain to go camping for the next 2 days. I guess they are talking "wilderness" this from a woman who hasn't slept in a tent in 20 years! At least I will have a queen size air mattress that is 22" off the ground so that will help. I bet the sky will be fantastic! No electricity so I will answer any messages on Thursday and I leave to go home on Friday and will be on the Amtrak train 22 hrs if all goes well. Talk to you all Thursday!
