I am so excited to get my SP name. I have the box almost ready with the hopes my SP gets in by the 4th depending on where they are. I am taking a rest and relaxation approach to the box this year. Once I get the name, all I need to do is make something specialized for them and then it is off!!! I cannot wait. I love the 4th of July!!!

I never would put a box together and waste my hard earned money to purposefully disappoint the receiver. I choose to go above and beyond and love doing it. Just would be nice to hear a thank you even if there are no pictures or any other words. I get more satisfaction out of gifting than I do receiving the gift. Okay, done and letting it go. Have a great day all.
you are right...the last 6 months of participating I had one month where receiver put in a picture????? the pictures are what makes it exciting to me...love to see what other people get

Okay, my one and only clue as my box is going out in a couple of hours... I have a beastly secret pal this month. She has pets, loves Twizzlers, and lives in the state where the first successful parachute jump to be made from a moving airplane was made. Awesome package headed your way!!!

Got my name-I AM SO EXCITED! I will say she is fairly new to the quilting board. Not sure if she has done this swap before or not.

I just looked on USPS's website the cost to mail my package to my International secret pal. Regardless of what size envelope or box I chose, if I selected the (red) Priority Mail, International Flat rate (box or envelope) it was $23.50 to mail up to 4 pounds. The price jumps to a whopping $42.75 for the same package sent via (blue) Express Delivery Priority Mail International. So I'll be cramming up to 3.99 pounds into the largest box they have!
