SP, was planning on mailing out your package today, but one of the handmade items didnt turn out the way I wanted it to so Im redoing it. Good thing to since dh told me that we are going to the local carnival tonight. Hoping to find some goodies there for you also. So, it will go out tomorrow instead, also I just remember that I also have some pints of salsa and pickles and such that I canned for gifts. No time like the present.

I want to thank everyone that showed so much support and caring after the storm that hit here. I was extremely humbled by the calls, emails, and PM's that I received checking on me and my family. All is returning to normal and we are hoping this doesnt happen again for a very long time. Please remember all of those whose lives are still in chaos due to the storms and even those dealing with the fires across the country. Thanks again everyone and its nice to know that I have so much support when times a low. Also I would like to thank all the coordinators and swap partners that showed so much patience in my being delayed in mailing out my packages due to the events here. Thanks again.

Just got my mailing sp's message, she got the package I sent.
Now awaiting mine. Sounds like a lot of folks are waiting to the deadline for one reason or another. It's HOT here so am hiding out in the AC, but DH has the critters out with him while he's swamping out the van for our next adventure. I gotta go to this one, it's a command performance....also gotta get going on our income taxes, that extension date is coming up too soon for me. Any of you tax ladies want to come visit and sort out my receipts for me

Segasal sure will be looking forward to seeing picture of your new dog. It's amazing how well they are trained. I had a friend that was blind and had a beautiful german sheppard that was trained for him. It was so fascinating watching the dog work. Good luck with yours. Everyone stay safe and cool.Mary

My sp's package is in her town all the way to Wyoming. Delivery was attempted but no one was there. She is a newbie to the sp swap and I tried to make it extra special. Sure hope she likes everything I picked for her.
