I'm not sure if its really a pineapple block. the corner pieces are 2 1/2 inch squares folded & sewn down like a log pattern. Paintmejudy did it for one of her mysteries and its one of my favourites.

M-fay that is a very pretty and colorful table runner, maybe it will end up coming my way.

Here's my "too simple" runner. When I was trying to photograph it, my old girl was like a moth to a flame. When she sees a quilt (regardless of the size or stage of completion) she wants to lay on it. I have a second runner in the works, which is turning out very nice too :-)

Very nice runners ladies. I remember the runner made like pineapples I made from the mystery Judy ran. That tan runner is very pretty. Love the colors and the pretty quilting. Good job ladies.

ekuw, Your runner is really really, really pretty. You might think it is simple but in fact the simplicity of it only makes this one more stunning. Such a lovely leaf fabric highlighted with the accent color is wonderful. I would enjoy this one even after that sweet dog laid on. In fact I like both your runners.

    I like the quilting too!

    Hi Ladies,

    Beautiful runners ladies.

Ekuw, I too have a dog who believes that every quilt ever, no matter what size, is hers to lay on - LOL LOL LOL.

    Hugs

    Caroline

Beautiful runners, I'd like either one of them to come my way. eKuw, it's not simple at all, the quilting is gorgeous!
