July - September 2018 Table Runner Swap
#191
Hi Guys,
It appears that only Sue and Julie are on the bench.... if I am wrong, please let me know. I know that both of these have been mailed and as Sue is in Canada hers always takes a little longer to arrive.
As we are nearly done, I will be posting the thread for the October to December Table runner Swap. Now this one should be a doozie......... you must all push yourselves to try something that you have never tried before... whether it be a quilting method, appliqué, FMQ... anything that you have not done before. It is going to be amazing so come on over and sign up.
Hugs
Caroline

My apologies to R-sea for delaying the posting of your wonderful runner. Working full time again is wearing me out and I know that isn't an excuse, I am so sorry for the lack of appropriateness on my part. here is the terrific runner R-sea sent to me from Australia. I am now enjoying it on my table for fall.

I ate the Jaffas and yes I even shared them with my DH. Thank you so much R-sea for the lovely runner and other treats. I am collecting all the FQs I have received from the swaps I am in, and will make something special with them in the near future.
peace

Thank you kwyltaholic, so happy you like the runner. This pattern would make up into a big quilt real fast.
All the runners are wonderful. I think we can all agree, we are all winners here. I am looking forward to the next swap.

Just to kill some time while we wait for the last 2 runners. I thought I would post a picture of my great grand sons quilt and crocheted boots I made him. Just finished the quilt a couple days ago. He was born in may 3 months early and has been struggling to survive. He went home finally a few weeks ago. He has been off oxygen for 10 days now.He no longer looks like a little alien . Lol. He is up to 9 lbs. started out at under 2 lbs. Doing so good. A lot of prayers has gone out for him. The theme for his shower was woodland or black and red. I did the little applique in forest animals. The hunting boots are so tiny. Anyway here is a picture.
