ube, that's beautiful! Just the right size for a kitchen table. Mine is done, couldn't decide so I made 2. Now have to figure out which one to send when it's time.

I agree m-fay. There hasn't been a lot of conversation throughout this swap. Not sure how many people are exchanging.
Summer keeps people busy and out of the sewing room so now that it is getting cooler every one will be back inside and participating more. I was anxious to see some great table runners in progress. This has turned into a secret swap. We will see them at the end which is coming soon.

I posted a few different things to hopefully draw some conversation, it didn't work so well. It is just wait and see now. I am excited to see every ones creations. I am ready!

No special ruler needed. I used the 45 degree angle that is on most cutting mats and my standard 18" x 6" ruler.

It is done with strip piecing sets.

I am sure there must be some tutorials either on the QB or U-tube that will show you how to do it. It is not real hard. The best advice is to starch your material because you will be working with bias edges.

I hope you do give diamonds a try. Very satisfying.

Aren't they amazing. So happy you enjoyed them. I can't imagine the $$$$. I would collect them if I were rich.
