You guys are coming up with some great themes for July! I've written them all down. And I love all the reasons why you should join the doll quilt swap!

Hi, Sounds like a great way to start the summer. I am new to your doll quilt swap, but made lots of big quilts. Glad to hear it is anything goes, but right now I am on a nine patch swap with my local guild and so I am thinking something with 9 patches. Kathy in Colo

Definitely put my name on the list. Gotta keep goin' with this since I still have wallspace.

As for July theme -- I like stars, or just summer fun (boats, camping, swimming, balloons, pinwheels, sun, bugs, flowers, flipflops, bathing suits, ice cream cones, popcicles, bicycles watermelon, picnics -- all that good stuff).

Who said 1" squares??? I can't even see 1" squares much less able to pick them up. Please, have pity on us grannies with arthritis.

    I'm in for June.
    For themes, how about:
    ~Stars
    ~red, white & blue
    ~spool blocks
    ~log cabins
    ????? ;)

    STILL NOT FAIR!!
    I CAN'T PLAY AGAIN!
No sewing machine, no fabric and don't move in until the 1st. Then have to get everything unpacked, go get my kids and come back. June will be over and done by the time I have this all done.

But, on a bright note....I'm hoping to get Brooks and Dunn tickets. WOOHOO!!

Put my name on the June list, too. 1 inch sqs are Ok if the pattern adapts to strip sewing.....just blows a non-sewers mind how one could cut,sew those itty bittys & stay sane. Make July a 2 selection choice...red-wht-blue or a summer theme-that will help some of our stashes, & the mail will be a surprize.
