Here a pic of the cute little doll quilt that lucylockett sent me.

The bow tie's are folded, and so cute.

Thanks for the pattern and practice block!

Close up of block, adorable and 3-D!

    Norbana,
It's so neat to see the little quilt on the screen. I'm glad you like it. It's amazing that you can take a flat charm and fold it to create a bowtie! I wish I could load a picture of the darling little quilt you made for me. Did you by chance take a picture of it?

Here is the adorable mini-quilt I received from Vbourck. Isn't it fantastic? I love the strip piecing on the back. Best of all is how good the quilt looks on my wall!!! She also included some "bug" buttons (which have a home on a purse already), two turquoise fat quarters (a color I'm always looking for), and a great pattern book for fabric bowls, something I've wanted to try for some time. She also sent a big magnet of the photo of her and her African ladies that she worked with last year on her mission trip. I put it on my fridge at eye level - it reminds me to be grateful for the simpler things in life and for all the things that I'm able to do. Thank you for that reminder, Vicki, and may God bless you and keep you during your upcoming adventure in Africa. My thoughts and encouragement are with you for a very productive and enjoyable trip..
