Wow! The kite and beach scene are great!! Lucky Mim and Klaws!!

Now I want to share what came in the mail this afternoon from Linny - oh my goodness talk about an adorable summertime vision . . . cottages on the beach with surfboards propped up against the backside . . . a sea bird on the pier, flowers in the flower box and sail boats on the horizon. Just how picturesque is that??? Just look at the detail below. Linny did a beautiful job on this mini!!

Thank you Linny!! Oh, don't let me forget the really cute 1/2 yard of fabric and this months quilt magazine to get lost in for new "projects" that were also included.

Glad you like your mini, Katie. It was fun making it for you. I enjoy any kind of appliqué, whether it's hand or machine, and I know you do too. There's just so many possibilities? Anyway, it was great partnering with you this month. Hope the rest of your summer is really nice.
