Wowzers! I have been busy the last few days and just now spent some time catching up on this forum. So many creative mug rugs came in. Doesn't it blow your mind sometimes what complete strangers will do for another?

Hav4boys from Nan62 -great embroidered eagle/ flag mug rug

nhnative from rwquilts-I love how there appears to be three elements to the design, the stars, stripes and nine patch. Ronda is soooooo creative.

Sewbizgirl- I love Omee5's Carpenters Wheel as well. I have been looking for that particular pp pattern -it is so small. In my 'Thank you' pm to her, I asked her source but haven't heard back from her.

TPr9258 fromm Regm-Those ants on the hunt for food make me laugh. So cute!

CarolinePag from Suern3- I like the flag and star design. Very sharp!

    annt59 from dfelker
-Very creative use of plaids and prints for the flag. Love it!

terriamn from debbyg- 'Tweet' bird house Adorable!

Hi! so sorry for being out of commission but I was truly out of commission for a couple days. I have posted the new swap but perhaps it is going to be reviewed first before posting?

This months theme for the month of July is: Summer time fun! this could include anything from a great vacation your planning or wish you were , ice cream in a big bowl or on a cone, a day a the beach? the lake? the farm? you pick your idea of what you think best fits that theme for you and you will make it for your partner! the upside about early starts is well.. an early start on things for the next swap! partners will be given out on the 1st of July and its makers choice so you can pick what best works for you! so check it out hopefully it goes up really quick! thanks!

some great mug rugs once again. Suern wow what a great gift to send to Caroline. See she sent it oversees so its a great representation of the USA! a flag! and stars! tada! lol. We had a lot of patriotic swaps this month it appears. I think overwhelmingly the patriotic swap was a big hit. and the other swaps we had? they were great too but we had something like 33 patriotic to 7 others this month. Wow. I love seeing what everyone feels like making each month. Question: are you hanging these or are you using them as true mug rugs?

Well, I'm back from babysitting the FL grandson . . . he is one sweetheart!! And, guess what was waiting for me . . . Lynnie's cute, cute, cute mug rug and goodies Just look at that ant toting a hot dog!!!

I think Lynnie wants to get me "hooked" on her hexies (there was even a note on each saying these are "addictive") . . . I'm going to try and see if I can do at least one (I'll show you the results one day).

Katie, thank you for posting a picture for me. Had a fun time making the ant.
I used the gingham to represent the picnic tablecloth. I too enjoyed being your partner.
