I just finished another book on my Kindle Fire~ I love it, my son and DIL got it for me for my birthday and I get free books from Pixel of Ink~ It is so much easier now to take my Kindle with me rather than a stack of books~

Stacey I like your Avi, it is really cute, does it do other blocks? I have a software program that I got from a friend but it does not work on my operating system. I have Vista and it operates on I believe XP or Windows 98. If any one wants it let me know. I will get more information as soon as I get to the bottom of the junk piled on this table!
What kind of software program do you have?

It is called Sew Precise collection 3 by Shirley Liby Designs from the electric Quilt co., 600+ quilt blocks and foundation patterns. On the CD it says it is compatible with Windows 95/98. I tried to load it on my computer but it would not let me!

    Hi Marybeth,

I just downloaded my avi from google ... not sure if there are others ... there might be .. I just put in animated quilt blocks I think.

Aren't eReaders the best? I have a Kobo Touch and a Sony ... I go no where's without it!!

Hey Sue (sustraley)..someone on the board wrote a "Chit Chat" msg about those pruning scissors at Home Depot. I got some just like them from Joann's in my Christmas Stocking but they didn't have the little case to cover the very sharp points. I went straight to Home Depot and bought a few pairs for the swaps..they really are great at clipping threads..I do a lot of embroidery and applique and they are the best I have found. I hope you will enjoy them and if the person that wrote the initial message is reading this, I thank you!

What is Pixel of Ink??? I have a Kindle Fire and still have a few paper back books to finish up but it has come in really handy... Have a few free books from Amazon on it... Good Cookbooks too

Am mailing my SP package tomorrow. It is going 24 hours 32 minutes from me or 1586 miles. Has a long voyage so I sure hope it gets there in good shape. Tried to get you almost everything on your list. One of the candy that you like I do too!

Oh yes where you live it is famous for Dinosaur Bones!
