I think I can press the blocks for you, Tink. Not a problem.

With regards to the shipping money, it's great when you sleep with the treasurer of the Ward Room Fund. lol
He said that they have to donate a certain amount of money each quarter to charities and the helping of others. So, what better "helping of others" could there be, right? All I have to do is give him the reciept and I get paid back. No problem there! I KNOW where he keeps the checkbook for the fund. lol

tslowery....of course I have help! 2 helpers! They have 4 legs and tails! :) :)
Courtney will help me with the placement of the blocks. She's also getting really good at pinning too! Will definitely put her to work!

It's so nice of you to organize and do the quilting, Barb and Terri. My sets of blocks will go in the mail tomorrow (Saturday in THIS part of the world :D ). Thanks for the address.

Ok, I THINK everyone has my addy....if not, PM me and I'll send it to you.

Right now, if I counted right, we have 30 people with 1 maybe (MsSage). Not sure if MelissaK is doing blocks or not.

I'm going to try to design the labels and get them started, that way, they will be done and out of the way.

The deadline to get the blocks to me will be May 15th. That way, I can start getting them layed out. I'm actually going to attach a sheet to the wall and pin the blocks up, so I can get a good view.
I'm "aiming" to have it done and in the mail by the first week of June.

Wow, Terri! I didn't keep track of how many people. We really are a family here.

Thanks for doing the pressing for me.

I needed to write down the names so I could start designing the labels.
Once I got them all down and counted, I was amazed at how many people volunteered. Awesome, simply awesome!!!

I got all the pieces cut out for 2 sets. I will get them sewed tomorrow and in the mail on Monday. It is such a great thing to do for the girls. I'm sure they will cherish them forever. Tell your husband and all his crew "Thanks".

Do you still need more people to participate? I won't be able to work on it until Monday. I would love to do a couple if you still need some and that's not too late!!
