I received the cutest little quilt from Janstar on Friday. Sorry I didn't have time to tell about it then. This is the first time I've been on a computer since Friday. We were busy getting ready to come up here to help our daughter out with child care this week and next. I brought Janstar's with me to work on, but with 4 kids to watch, the time to work on it isn't there like I'd like it to be. I promise I'll get it finished this week and send it out. I finally got my daughter's sewing machine working again. Janstar, can you post pictures of the darling birdhouse quilt you sent me? She also sent some beautiful fabric. Thanks a lot. And when you receive the one from me, post pictures of it too? Thanks.

Margie, it is beautiful, I'm so excited to get it and be able to touch and see everything. I know I'm going to love it. Thanks so much. This is almost better than Christmas!

Here is the quilt I am sending to sunkistmi (Wendy). She's had a few challenges this month, and I hope this little quilt cheers her up. The bird is paperpieced, and I took inspiration from Sulabug and put some little prairie points around the inside of the border. Not as easy as I thought it would be, but it's OK. I was tempted to keep this one!! It'll be on it's way tomorrow or Friday, Wendy.
