We used crayola fabric crayons and then set them with the iron-they worked out wonderfully well!
Thank you all for the compliments-she will be so thrilled when I read them to her :-)

Yes they did! and the colors are nice too! She did such a good Job I would never have guessed a 4 year old colored them. Did I mention how much I love it? Thanks again April and Izabella- you guys make a great quilting team!

Thank you :-) She tends to be very compulsive about somethings. She tries to not reuse crayons and she tries very hard to stay in the lines (and when she goes outside she gets a little upset) I am thinking it is a bit of an OCD tendency (dad is a bit OCD).
I am sooooo happy you love it soo much....I can rest easier now :-)
I really hope she continues to love it as she grows older-I love working with her!
    Hugs

April that is the sweetest quilt. So nice that you involved your little girl in quilting. I am sure your quilt will be cherished by UpNorth. Izabella is very good at coloring.

UpNorth, I am sure you don't need to be told how lucky you are to get that little beauty. Enjoy!

Nope don't need to be told how lucky I am, I worked with children for 15 years and love their Drawings. Izabella is going to be an artist I can just tell!! Did I mention I love that little quilt?!

Oh, yes, life does happen, and usually at the most unexpected times!! I am very busy getting ready for a quilting class and just finished a quilt for our guild challenge, so it's not like I have been inpatiently waiting at the mailbox, (unlike Sandpat who's nail prints are in the post!!) LOL :D Anyway, I am being really patient.....it gets easier the more times you have to do it!!! Plus it appears I am not the only one still waiting, so.....we can keep each other company here while we wait!!
