Here is the beauty I received from "tlrnhi" -- isn't it great? The flying geese are three-dimensional, and the ladybug buttons are so cute on there. The pattern she sent will be put to use very soon. Terri was a lot more creative with the red-and-white theme than I was. She did a terrific job. Thanks so much.

It's really easy to do the flying geese. I saw it done this way by Ricky Timms and now this is THE ONLY way I can make them. Makes little "pocket" sort of things with them. :)
And did you notice that the pattern I sent is also red and white? lol

OMG!!!! My mom just taught me how to do those geese and it's the only way I can do them too..LOL....AND they are on the quilt going to my partner this month also....I guess great minds think alike Terri :thumbup:
