Default Better Late Than Never!

My DQ finally arrived in Ireland, I am SO relieved, it only took it 22 days to get there - I have a couple of pics of it, but did not snap a shot of the extras I sent. Here's what I sent to her:

She said her fave was blue and yellow, so I collected a bunch of those two colors, then made my own design based on a picture I saw, sort of an orange peel made with hexes instead of squares - not really totally original, but my take on something I saw.

I took your advice, Krystyna, and have posted all of the quilts I have sent and received since I joined this DQ Swap group in August 2010. Anyone who is interested in seeing them can check in here:
    http://www.quiltingboard.com/groups/...group-g14.html

And everyone please take a few minutes to post any pics you have so we can all enjoy these little gems in our own little virtual gallery. I am always in awe of the many talents and creativity, not to mention the thoughtfulness, that goes into each and every doll quilt we share with each other. I'm so proud of my doll quilt collection! Thank you, one and all

Linda, I love yours too. The colors remind me of sherbert.

Joann, Wow! What a wonderful treat! I actually had to stop myself from completing the tour of the wonderful minis so I can finish some work, but when I take a coffee break, I know exactly where I'm headed!
