Lynnie do the pink buttons in the shaker card move around inside?

Tomorrow will be 10 days since I mailed my partner her postcard, and still not received. Maybe tracking is the best choice. I did send Judith a photo, maybe she can post.

Thanks Lynnie, that is what I thought since the others were saying you can put glitter or sequins etc. to shake around in the shaker cards.

Well I did hook up my Designer 1 to do a ME and to my disappointment I have all my functions displayed on my touch screen but couldn't make any selections. Screen frozen....yuk...........and so I stitched with my other machine. In addition my machine software isn't working correctly either. I finally was able to load only one design at a time. I understand these are inconvenience's well somewhat of a problem................but really it could be worse. I did receive some suggestions on another thread here. And I appreciated those. Was not productive today, he and I just snarled at each other. Maybe cabin fever..................calla

Nelda, looking forward to seeing your postcard.

I got the last thing I needed to make my April postcard. I'll work on it tomorrow.

My post card evolved from scraps. It ended up a little wonky with not enough scraps to fix it but I liked how it came out other wise. Did anybody have that happen or do yours turn out as expected? I started it over and over one day. Dad cleared off the table where I had been "designing" including my scraps... Ew. All gone... He is 91 and has dementia but tries to help... I went to my house and searched for some more black and white scraps and found one piece. It is black and white striped denim I had no idea what that would do but I snagged it any way. Then I walked out the door into rain. It had been a beautiful day before that but a bit breezy. So I searched and found one more piece of black and white fabric. It was a black piece of upholstery sample with a couple big far apart white dots. By then the air was full of big fluffy snow. Then I found a little tiny bit more of the same stuff Dad pitched plus a little white piece of material with a stick figure girl who held a balloon until someone cut it off. It evolved into my card but it was missing something. I was cleaning up a mess of trims and had an aha moment. So I will leave it as a mystery until my partner or I add a photo to this word picture. It was mailed yesterday. The lady at the post office loved it even if it is a bit wonky.
