I'm in again but mine will definitely be neutrals as stated by Red. I had already cut these in Wyoming and brought them to Florida with me.

I am in for 12 this time. I love all the neutrals shown so far. I am willing to use the oddest colors in my quilting, they let everything "POP".

I am looking forward to rainbow. Multicolored fabrics! It will be my favorite.

I'm a little slow here in responding. I bought my buttons on EBay for last month's swap. Although last month's purchase was a U.S. seller-I've purchased several things from China and other than the long ship times, I've been satisfied. The best part is that shipping is usually free!

Thanks for posting the great sale website. My favorite online secret is www.happycrafters.net They have a nominal sale section. The best thing they offer is quilting services. Pick out the quilt design for $20 to $55...any size quilt. They will bind an entire quilt for $16! Add batting and backing; with postage to and from Osawatomee Kansas, it has always been worth it for me.

That's great to know about the quilting service, Crispy_Frog. So inexpensive!

Red, can you post a list of all the swappers who have signed up so far? I want to 'up' my bag count from 10 to 12 but I don't want to send more than we have swappers for. Thanks, much appreciated.

I have all my neutrals cut and should have them packaged and ready to send out today or tomorrow.

Have4boys, rainbow sounds like a spring mix to me. Sounds good to me.

Crispy frog, Thanks again for the button information. I ordered a bunch from Japan and EBay. Like you, I think they will make great little gifts.
Thanks also for your recommendation for www.happycrafters.net. I have them in my favorites but have been hesitating in trying them.
When sending a quilt to be quilted, how do you package it?

Sunrise450- I just mash it down into a small size in a plastic bag and put it in the smallest envelope or box it will fit in. I include my name address and phone number inside the box and include my specifications on the design, batting, binding and backing, everything the website asks for. Several times I told her that backing and binding fabrics were her choice and have been absolutely thrilled at what she's come up with. She runs a brick and mortar quilt store, so she has fabric choices. It's always been fun getting them back. Sometimes its been a tone on tone backing, batik, or just muslin for a wall hanging.

I usually call in advance to start the conversation and verify the instructions. She will compress the quilt and send it back in the smallest box she can fit it in.

When I went to Hamilton Missouri to see MSQC, I visited Happy Crafters. They are exactly one hour south. It's a tiny store, but the people are very friendly.
