After I pulled my fabrics super-early this morning, I started sewing, and somehow got all 80 blocks put together. I guess I was "in the zone"!

Even with using individual 2-1/2" squares (rather than strip-piecing them), it went fast.

I'd been cutting 2-1/2" squares from my smaller scraps, and had a mountain of them. Now I only have 7/8ths of a mountain. ha ha

I still have to ir0n them and square them up.

Glad we only have to put our names on the bags, and not the individual blocks. That would have taken quite awhile!

Moonrise, wow! You really were ‘in the zone’! Now you can keep making individual ones for your own quilt. That’s what I’m doing now too.
