So happy to see so many members signing up for this swap!
Had a great day today, went to the quilt store and they were having a 25% off sale...score!!! There were several fabrics that I had my eye on and today was the day to make the purchase. My pocket book is $185 lighter but the savings made up for it.
Then DH took me to the Pensacola quilt show, I met one of our members "Toverly" while she was working there. Dh was off checking out the longarm quilting machines as we are thinking of buying one in the future. He loved the Gammill and how quiet it ran until he got the price of $30,000! That's not going to happen...ever!
I test drove the new Babylock Coronet and loved it but didn't like the frame it was on. The frame had a system that you used the round clips to hold the quilt onto the frame. You still have to sandwich it the usual way, the demonstrator had quilting pins holding it together until it got to the quilting stage. It was fun playing with the panto's design too. So glad I am not in any hurry to get one.

Wow Cheesehead, your azaleas are way ahead of ours. Ours have budded all over, but no blooms yet. We got a cool snap and I'm afraid all the buds may die off and then we'll have no flowers. Hope that doesn't happen.
